Order Processing Time

The time to prepare an order to be dispatched varies. If the product is in stock, expect 2-4 business days for your order to be dispatched normally and allow for slightly longer processing times during weekends and holidays.

You will receive updates on the status of your order and a tracking number as soon as the shipment is booked.

Pre-order Processing Time

For pre-orders, see the estimated restock date for the respective product(s) and consider the regular order processing time of 2-4 business days to dispatch after the arrival of the product(s).

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations for pre-orders and custom products.

We do not accept any cancellations once the shipment of your order has been booked.

All items are subject to availability and can unexpectedly become sold out in the webshop, as well as temporarily or permanently out of stock from a supplier or publisher. We will update the status of your order and suggest a new delivery date or a refund, if you choose to cancel the order under these circumstances.

Shipping

Our products ship from Sweden, which is a member country of the European Union. 

We ship with PostNord and DHL Freight, depending on the destination and the best rates offered for the fastest delivery option. In some cases, the customer can choose the preferred shipping method and carrier from a selection at checkout.

We offer international shipping. Contact us if your country is not yet on our list of current destinations at checkout.

 

Customs and import taxes / Other taxes and fees

Customers are responsible for the payment of any customs and import taxes and / or other taxes and fees that may apply or that have been paid in order for the customer to receive the product(s). We are not responsible for delays due to customs or the impossibility of delivery due to any applicable import bans on certain types of products, import from certain origins and other governmental restrictions. It is the customer's responsibility to know and follow any of their local laws and regulations.
